Rekreation Games will accept returns on new, unopened products within 1 week of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as it was when purchased. It must also be in the original packaging, including shrink-wrap. Rekreation Games will not accept returns on used games or games that have been opened. Rekreation Games does not cover shipping costs on returns. All returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee. If store credit is selected as the refund method, the restock fee is waived.

If a sealed product contains missing or damaged parts, in most cases the game's manufacturer will replace missing or damaged parts at no cost to the customer. Email or call Rekreation Games for assistance with contacting manufacturers.
All Used Game sales are final.
We do a thorough component and condition check of each used board game to ensure completeness and fair representation. We then professionally shrink wrap each item to ensure the game has not been tampered with. In the event we overlooked a missing component, we encourage you to work with the publisher directly for replacement.
